Born In Texas,
Smoked In Ohio

a food truck built around barbecue

Texas Steele BBQ was founded with a simple mission: bring authentic Central Texas barbecue to Columbus, Ohio. Inspired by generations of Texas smokehouse tradition, every meal is built around patience, craftsmanship, and respect for the process. We believe great barbecue cannot be rushed, and every brisket, rib, and sausage that leaves our pit reflects that commitment. From the first spark of white oak to the final slice served on your tray, authenticity remains at the center of everything we do.

Order From The Road

follow the truck, find the smoke

Texas Steele doesn’t have one dining room waiting at a permanent address. We’re a food truck, which means the first step is finding where we’re serving. Check our current schedule, catch us at a public stop and order straight from the window. Whether you’re after smoked meat, a hearty plate or something with Tex-Mex character, come hungry. We cook for each service, and popular items may sell out once the crowd gets moving.
